A typical dispense system pumps carbon dioxide gas (or a CO2/nitrogen gas blend, commonly referred to as beer gas) into the keg which forces the beer out of the keg through beer lines to a faucet where it is poured into a beer-clean glass.

Environmental stakeholders require a Refrigerant Compliance Program to prevent releases of chlorofluorocarbons into the atmosphere. Refrigerants in the workplaces are managed by maintenance groups and contractors during the maintenance, service, repair, and/or disposal of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. This course trains students on some of these issues.
